Evaluate company entity structure and implement LLC/C-corp changes as needed, running the process with legal, state agencies and IRS. Refine current processes and procedures and problem-solve pain points.
INSURANCE
Lead policy reviews and renewals, manage insurance audits. Assess company’s risk management. Ensure production coverage and Errors & Omissions insurance is sufficent.
LEGAL
Liaise with attorneys and oversee contract negotiations. Manage agreements from NDAs to Shopping Agreements. Oversee legal challenges related to creative projects.
